About Us

Natischa is a founding and managing partner whose unique blend of legal expertise and diverse professional background shapes her comprehensive approach to law. With focused experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, landlord-tenant law, personal injury, and consumer protection, she has established herself as a seasoned litigator, having successfully conducted dozens of contested hearings and trials.

Before establishing her current firm, Natischa served as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Volpe Law in Parker, Colorado. She also served as Senior Community Attorney for CED Law, a nonprofit arm of the Community Economic Defense Project, where she focused on housing law and tenants’ rights. Her passion for environmental justice emerged from witnessing the substandard living conditions faced by her clients. As a vocal advocate for housing reform, Natischa testified in support of Senate Bill 2024-094 “Safe Housing for Residential Tenants” before the Colorado General Assembly. Her advocacy contributed to the bill’s successful passage and implementation in May 2024, strengthening tenants’ rights across Colorado.

Prior to law school, she worked as a private investigator, led an anti-human trafficking organization in California, and contributed to a leading anti-trafficking nonprofit in Washington, D.C. She further developed her business acumen as a marketing and public relations professional within both the nonprofit and business sectors.

During her legal education at the University of the District of Columbia’s David A. Clarke School of Law, Natischa prioritized hands-on client experience. She worked with the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, and the Public Defender Service of Washington, D.C., contributing to juvenile and criminal defense litigation and appeals. Her practical training extended to serving in both the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and the Community Development Clinic.

Natischa holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and Public Policy Advocacy from California State University-Fresno.

When she’s not practicing law, Natischa is an enthusiastic collector of hobbies—because she hasn’t found just one to stick with yet! Whether she’s exploring new destinations, discovering podcasts and music, or capturing life through film and photography, she’s always eager to try something new. This curiosity and love of learning helps her approach each client’s case with fresh perspective and creativity. As a parent herself, she understands the importance of protecting what matters most to you and your family.
