Natischa Rose Volpe

Natischa is a founding and managing partner whose unique blend of legal knowledge and diverse professional background shapes her comprehensive approach to law. With focused experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, landlord-tenant law, personal injury, and consumer protection, she has established herself as a seasoned litigator, having successfully conducted dozens of contested hearings and trials.

Before establishing her current firm, Natischa served as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Volpe Law in Parker, Colorado. She also served as Senior Community Attorney for CED Law, a nonprofit arm of the Community Economic Defense Project, where she focused on housing law and tenants’ rights. Her passion for environmental justice emerged from witnessing the substandard living conditions faced by her clients. As a vocal advocate for housing reform, Natischa testified in support of Senate Bill 2024-094 “Safe Housing for Residential Tenants” before the Colorado General Assembly. Her advocacy contributed to the bill’s successful passage and implementation in May 2024, strengthening tenants’ rights across Colorado.
